Office hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Physicians are on call 24 hours a day for emergencies.

When entering the hospital go to the outpatient entrance to the first set of elevators on the right. Go to the 4th floor and go all the way to the end of the hall, we are the last door on the right.
